Accepting Applicants for the School Year Letter

Dear Moms,

We are still accepting applicants for School Year 2011-2012. Since we keep our class size small, there are only limited slots available. Inquire today and have your child assessed by our class teachers.

Thank you very much

I know it's rather late in the enrollment season but I've been hearing a lot of good things about your progressive school. I would like to inquire if you are still accepting students for Grade 1 as of this time. I would appreciate any information on the matter.

Thank you very much

Mrs. Martin

Classes are Suspended Letter

To All Parents and Students,

As per the Department of Education, afternoon classes in preschool, elementary and high school are suspended today, July 30 (Friday). Students are allowed to go home as soon as the parent or legal guardian arrives at the school to pick them up. Parents will be asked to write down the name of the student and level/section, we will be calling your child's name over the PA system. Students whose parents have not arrived yet are to remain in their respective classrooms and will be proctored by their assigned subject teachers.
