We would like to invite you to a Parent-Teacher Conference on September 10, 2011 (Saturday) at 8am in the First Graders room.

This is a chance for you to discuss further the behavior and academic status of your child for the First Grading Quarter.

We hope to see you on the said date and time and be of better service to you concerning your child.

A sample Letter to Parents inviting them for a Parent-Teacher Conference at School

Dear Mrs. Lutz,

We cordially invite you to attend the Parent-Teacher Conference on August 16, 2011 to be held at the Ambly-Redding Hall. This is an opportunity for you to learn about the academic, behavioral, and social well-being of your child and to clarify any related questions or concerns about her grades.

The PTA meeting will be from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

After 2:00 PM, parents can go directly to the faculty rooms to meet with our teachers. Individual consultation time with teachers starts at 3:00 PM. Consultation time per subject teacher is limited to ten (10) minutes.

Please sign-up on the registration sheets upon your arrival . There will be NO CLASSES for all students on this day.

We hope to see you on this important date.
