Letter Informing Parents of Educational Tour

ATTENTION : All Parents of High School Students
SUBJECT : Museum Tour

The school has received an invitation from the Museum of PostModern Art in Northridge. We are welcome to send 15 of our brightest students to join their Art Educational Tour from September 10 to September 12, traveling to Westminster, Cardiff, and North Ridge Central.

The participants will explore and learn different art movements, which includes visiting ateliers and artisan studios and other creative spaces.

This tour is open to all students of South Ridge High School of good academic standing and must be accompanied by one legal guardian or teacher from the school.  The student only need to shoulder the plane fare, tax and visa expenses.

Interested students may coordinate with the office of student affairs no later than July 20, 2012.  Students must submit application forms, parents permit form and passport.  The school will only consider applicants who submitted complete requirements.

Field Trip is ReScheduled Letter

Dear Parents,

The planetarium field trip is re-scheduled on October 20, 2011. The same schedule of activities noted in the itinerary last October 10 will be followed. All students are advised to wear the school's PE uniform. Please bring an extra shirt, towel, snacks and drinks.

Field Trip Cancelled Letter

Letter informing parents that the field trip is cancelled due to bad weather.

Dear Parents,

In view of the heavy rains and flooding in many areas in the city brought about by Hurricane Hawk, the field trip activity for High school students at Aquaria Marine Zoo scheduled this Saturday is cancelled.

Please be guided accordingly.
