Letter regarding Parents Lunch Time Concerns during School Hours
Letter to parents guidelines in securing lunch pass.
Dear Moms and Dads,
Parents may apply for Lunch Pass at the administrative office only if their children need special assistance during lunch time. Students with Lunch Pass may stay in the area near the school gate while they are being assisted by their parent/nanny only for the duration of the student’s lunch break.
Parents who would like to bring lunch for their children may leave the lunch box (properly labeled with student's name and grade level) at the school receptionist. For preschool students, their lunch boxes will be delivered to their respective classrooms by the school staff. Elementary and high school students should pick up their lunch boxes from the open shelves.
Please be advised.
