Enrollment Reservations Letter

Dear Parents,

School Year 2011-2012 will soon come to its end and we would like to know how many of our students will confirm their enrollment for School Year 2012-2013. We are already accepting new students/ transferees. To ensure a slot for your child, please fill out the reservation form below. Sign and return it to the school cashier with a reservation fee of $120 not later than August 10. This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable but deductible from tuition fee.

Your reservation fee does not necessarily mean that the student is officially enrolled. We will strictly adhere to the first come, first served policy of the school. Failure to enroll your child on the specified date of enrollment automatically forfeits his/her slot.

Schedule of Quarterly Examinations Letter

Dear Parents,

Please be advise that the 2nd Quarterly Examinations are scheduled on November 26. The long semester break is a perfect time for your child to review his lessons. The "Pointers for Review" has already been given out per class.

OCT. 25 - NOV. 10 - Semestral Break
NOV. 8 - Classes Resume
NOV. 8 - NOV. 13 - Review Week
NOV. 26 - NOV. 30 - 2nd Quarterly Examinations
NOV. 31- No Classes, Rest Day

Field Trip is ReScheduled Letter

Dear Parents,

The planetarium field trip is re-scheduled on October 20, 2011. The same schedule of activities noted in the itinerary last October 10 will be followed. All students are advised to wear the school's PE uniform. Please bring an extra shirt, towel, snacks and drinks.

School Letter to Parents regarding Christmas Program

Dear Parents,

In celebration of the coming Christmas season, our school is having its annual Christmas festivities- the Norfolk bazaar and Three Kings Carol Chorus. The activity aims to showcase our amazing students’ talents through an inter-school Christmas Presentation.

Grade 1,2,3 pupils will stage the Holy Nativity scene while our Grade 4,5,6 pupils will be dancing to the tune of Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Please be advise that students are required to participate in this yuletide performance.
